Our principals have been involved in a variety of projects since 1985. We have developed and managed everything from custom home developments, condo buildings, retail centers, apartments and much more. Below is a sample of the projects we have completed throughout the years.
CUSTOM HOME DEVELOPMENT
A residential community located on 2nd Street and Market Street in downtown Pass Christian, MS. Presently under construction.
CASTINE POINTE
This 300 lot residential community is located in Long Beach, MS, and sits on a 205 acre mixed use property. Presently under construction.
TRANQUILITY CONDOMINIUMS
A residential gated community directly on the beach in Seagrove Beach, Florida. Principals of our company developed, built, marketed and sold 20 three and four bedroom units all with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.
BUENA VISTA PROPERTY
An estate property on the Gulf of Mexico in a gated community in Seacrest Beach, Florida. Our company purchased the land and developed the property which included two adjoining, 4,000 square foot living quarters each with a private pool.
EMERALD SURF CONDOMINIUM
A gated complex in Seagrove Beach, Florida. This high-end development with views of the Gulf of Mexico was built directly on the beach. Principals of our company developed, marketed and sold the properties.
TRANQUIL SHORES
A residential gated village development in the Florida Panhandle of Seacrest Beach. Principals of our company purchased the land, secured the entitlements, developed the site with improvements, and marketed the units.
WINDDRIFT CONDOMINIUMS
A beachfront, 165-unit, 23-story condominium building is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. The principals of our company purchased the land, secured all entitlements for construction, managed design and permitting, and sold the entire project to a developer pre-construction.
15TH PLACE BUILDING
This premier office building offers 35,000 square foot, Class "A" office space with a roof-top garden and galleries overlooking the Mississippi Sound. Purchased 2012, and repositioned and sold in 2015.
